Arsenal's Polish Under-21 international defender Krystian Bielik says: “Probably I will play for Norwich City on loan next season. Talks are close to finalisation.”

FC Union Berlin boss Jens Keller continues to be touted with the head coach vacancy at Norwich City - with the odds on the German tumbling  Keller is now as short as 11/4 second favourite in the market, after being cut from 40/1 10 days ago, with betting suspended for a period on Thursday morning following a surge in interest.

Norwich City Management Structure revamp
Following the sacking of Alex Neil on 10th March 2017, there was considerable speculation as to who would replace him. On 18th March, Norwich announced their new management structure which would see a Sporting Director work with a Head Coach (Interim Chief Executive Steve Stone became Managing Director)

Suggestions for Head Coach include Barnsley's Paul Heckingbottom, former Red Devil Ryan Giggs, New Zealand manager Anthony Hudson and recently sacked from Middlesboro Aitor Karanka

Former Leicester boss Nigel Pearson is reported to have declared an interest in the Norwich vacancy

Suggestions for the Sporting Director role include Celtic's David Moss, Tottenham's Paul Mitchell, Southampton's Ross Wilson, Huddersfield's Stuart Webber, former Fulham chief football officer Mike Rigg and Ricky Martin.

Celtic talent spotter David Moss is a contender for the Director of Football role at Norwich claim Scottish sources. Celtic's head of development scouting issaid to be in the frame, having helped to recruit the likes of Virgil van Dijk and Victor Wanyama during his time in Glasgow, with another Bhoys star, Moussa Dembele, crediting Moss for his efforts after landing the striker from Fulham last summer. Celtic added former Sunderland director of football Lee Congerton to their recruitment team on Wednesday, which could pave the way for Moss's Parkhead departure. The former Swansea City and Crystal Palace academy manager has been with Celtic for the past six-and-a-half years in various roles.

Former Newcastle and Crystal Palace manager Alan Pardew is linked to the Norwich vacancy as was former Brentford and Rangers head coach Mark Warburton.
Another suggestion was Republic of Ireland manager Martin O'Neill who had already had three spells at Carrow Road
Outside chances were former QPR manager Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink and ex-Leicester boss Nigel Pearson whilst former Canary Paul Heckingbottom was also mentioned for his successes with Barnsley. Graham Alexander of Scunthorpe was also linked.

The Sun claim that orwich City have targeted Nottingham Forest striker Britt Assombalonga, with the Canaries making a reported £7m enquiry for the Reds’ hitman.

Iceland’s Euro 2016 hero Johann Berg Gudmundsson is a possible replacement for the departed NathanRedmond, according to the South London Press. Gudmundsson is believed to be waiting until the tournament is over for his country, who famously knocked England out of the last-16 on Monday to set-up a quarter-final against hosts France this weekend, before resolving his club future following Charlton’s relegation from the Championship. The 25-year-old has started all four of his country’s games at the tournament. The South London Press report it is inevitable he will leave as one of the Addicks’ highest earners. Gudmundsson claimed 13 assists last season and scored six goals and has consistently impressed since a free transfer move from AZ Alkmaar in 2014.

The Sun report Norwich lead the race for the free agent Steven Fletcher, who was released by Sunderland last season, after falling out of favour with Sam Allardyce. The big targetman has also been linked with Celtic, Aston Villa and Hull City. Championship rivals Sheffield Wednesday appear to be Norwich’s biggest rivals although City are reportedly willing to offer Fletcher £35,000 a week to fend off interest from the Owls.

Dutch centre-back Stefano Denswil is a summer target for Norwich City, according to media reports in Belgium. The 23-year-old Ajax youth product joined Bruges in January 2015 and has helped his club win the Belgian title in the past two seasons. Belgian journalist Sven Claes, of Dutch language Belgian newspaper Het Laatste Nieuws, claimed on Twitter that Denswil is interesting the Canaries. The former Netherlands Under-21 international made 30 appearances for Bruges last season, scoring twice.
