Midfielder Oser Okpiahele made his first appearance for Norwich City's Under-18s in their 5-0 defeat to Fulham on 2nd March 2024. He was then included on the bench for their game with Crystal Palace on 6th April 2024.
On 3rd July 2024 it was announced that Oser was signing as an Academy scholar for the 2024/25 season.
AllNigeriasoccer.com reported that Oser was of Nigerian descent.
Oser signed his first professional contract with Norwich on 11th July 2025. He signed until 2027 and made 21 appearances in the Under-18 Premier League South in 2024/25, as well as in the FA Youth Cup.
Okpiabhele said: "I feel good. I'm grateful, grateful to my family and to God for this opportunity. Last season, it was a good season. I felt like there was a number of progressions in my game. But there's still a lot for me to do and a lot for me to improve on. I'm a centre-back who likes to get on the ball and I like to start attacks. I enjoy the defensive side of the game, one-v-one defending especially."
