Kofi Boateng was on the bench for Norwich's Under-18s against Middlesbrough on 13th April 2013. He was then part of Norwich's Under-16 squad.

Boateng, a strong defender, signed on as an Academy Scholar with Norwich on 8th July 2014 and will be part of the Under-18s side in 2014/15.

He had a spell on a youth loan to Stevenage during 2015/16,

On 3rd May 2016, Norwich announrced that they would not be offering Kofi a professional contract and that he would leave the club in June.
