Dean Gibbs is a striker from Hornchurch who was an Associate Schoolboy at Carrow Road in 1998/99. He transferred to Charlton's academy side playing regularly for them. He had a trial in early 2001 with Stoke City and joined them in the summer of 2001, playing for their youth and reserve teams.

Since leaving Stoke, Dean has played for Chelmsford City and Billericay and has trialled with Sittingbourne. He is currently with Barkingside of the Foresters Essex Senior League.
