French fullback
Louis Gomis had a trial with the Canaries in the first week of September
2001. Norwich opted not to pursue their interest in Gomis or fellow
triallist
Elie Kroupi. Louis spent 1991-1997
at Nice before joining Bordeaux. After a spell in Belgium with Lommel,
Louis signed for bankrupt Toulouse in 1999 where he played with
Marc Libbra. He moved to Germany in 2001/02
signing for Nurnberg before moving on to Duisberg on 7th January
2002 - although he is reported to have had a trial with Aberdeen
in February 2002.
