Ben Kensell spent almost seven years as Chief Operating Officerand was part of a three person executive committee with Steve Webber and Zoe Webber before his departure in 2021. He was previously at Arsenal.
After a spell as Hibs’ chief executive officer that ended in March 2025, Kensell was confirmed as Luton Town's newly-created Chief Revenue Officer on 17th May 2025. He said "This is a historic club with true character and really passionate supporters, and a club I’ve admired for some time, having lived locally. I’m delighted to have finally agreed everything to enable me to help the transition to a fantastic new stadium successfully, and the future for Luton Town football club looks transformational. I look forward to helping the club grow and progress, and it’s going to be an amazing journey both on and off the pitch.”
