About three years ago, I appealed for help regarding the career
and whereabouts of Neil Riley as a Youth team striker of the early
1980s. Neil himself emailed me in early December 1999 to inform
me that he was still in Norwich but working for Manpower
rather than an electrical store as had been reported in a matchday
programme. Unfortunately injuries curtailed his playing career.
