According to Football Insider Norwich City have been linked with a move for Cameroonian defender Enzo Ebosse. The 23-year-old is currently playing in Ligue 1 with SCO Angers. City will face competition, with Premier League newcomers Nottingham Forest reportedly also interested, along with Huddersfield Town

Wales Online have claimed that the Canaries are the latest in a series of clubs including Celtic and Swansea City to show interest in 21-year-old left-back Matthew Sorinola, who made 16 appearances last season for Union Saint-Gilloise. He was formerly with MK Dons.

According to the Sheffield Star Sheffield Wednesday youngster Rio Shipston has emerged on the radar of Brighton and Hove Albion and Norwich City. Shipston, 17, has caught the eye playing for the Owls’ youth sides.

Manchester United are reportedly considering a swap deal involving Ethan Laird in a bid to sign Norwich City full-back Max Aarons. Laird spent last season on loan to Championship clubs Swansea City and Bournemouth.

Norwich City are being touted with a move for AFC Wimbledon youngster Ayoub Assal. The Canaries are interested in signing the 20-year-old winger this summer but could face competition from Premier League sides Brentford and Fulham, according to the Mirror. Assal scored eight goals in 42 league games for the Londoners this season whilst also claiming six assists. He was previously at Millwall.

The Birmingham Mail claim Norwich City are reportedly interested in signing West Brom defender Cedric Kipre this summer. The Baggies are willing to listen to offers for the 25-year-old, who is keen to leave The Hawthorns after falling out of favour with Steve Bruce since he arrived at the club. A fee of £1m would be enough to sign the Ivory Coast U23 international

The Telegraph claims that Norwich, along with Watford and Middlesbrough, are keen on signing out of contract Mainz midfielder Jean-Paul Boetius. The Dutch international is on a free transfer after the expiry of his three year contract with the German side. The 28-year-old can play as an attacking midfielder or a winger, featuring in 31 games for the Bundesliga outfit so far this season, scoring twice and recording as many assists.

Teamtalk report that Norwich manager Dean Smith is keen on bringing two Aston Villa players to Carrow Road - striker Cameron Archer (on loan at Preston) and winger Jaden Philogene-Bidace (on loan at Stoke)

Norwich and Bristol City are linked to Zulte-Waregem winger Jean-Luc Dompe who has made 15 assists in 34 appearances. Reports in Voetballkrant suggest Norwich have already held talks with representatives of the French winger. Dompe’s contract with Zulte Waregem expires next season and the 26-year-old may not renew his deal.

The Sun on Sunday reported that Norwich and Swansea are keen on Sunderland's Scottish striker Ross Stewart.He had scored 22 goals in 2021/22 at the time of the report and won his first cap for Scotland.

The Pink Un report Norwich City are not considering a move for Chelsea youngster Xavier Simons contrary to reports elsewhere. The Canaries have been linked with the highly-rated Blues teenager along with Brighton, Southampton and Watford.

Hampshire Live report that Norwich City, Queens Park Rangers and Middlesbrough are all said to be interested in signing Portsmouth striker Dan Gifford. He had scored 11 goals in 13 appearances for the Pompey Under-18s

According to the Daily Record Norwich are showing an interest in Scotland Under-21 international midfielder Elliot Watt who has started all bar one of Bradford City's games in League Two this season. Blackpool are also linked to him. He began his career at Liverpool and then spent time with Blackburn, Preston, Wolves and Carlisle before joining the Bantams.

According to French transfer website Jeunes Footeux, Norwich are watching Sion right-back Dimitri Cavare in case Max Aarons moves on. The Guadeloupe international spent two-and-a-half years at Barnsley but joined the Swiss side for an undisclosed fee in February 2020

The Pink Un reported that there was speculation on Humberside that Norwich were one of many clubs watching Hull City's highly rated 21 year old centre-back Jacob Greaves possibly with plans for a buy and loan back arrangement.

Inevitably after Dean Smith moved from Aston Villa to Norwich, speculation had Smith linked with swoops for Villa players with striker Keinan Davis linked in a potential £4million move. This follows speculation for a move for Irish international midfielder Conor Hourihane

After the sacking of Daniel Farke, a number of managers were linked with the Norwich City vacancy including former Canary Russell Martin, former England international Frank Lampard (who is believed to have been interviewed) and Bodo Glimt manager Kjetil Knutsen. The position was eventually given to Dean Smith.

Football Insider report that the Canaries and Premier League rivals Watford, as well as “multiple” Championship clubs are set to watch Russian goalkeeper Nikita Haikin in action this evening when his side Bobo-Glimt (Norway)take on Roma in the Europa Conference League. The 26-year-old was born in Israel but grew up in Russia and moved from the youth system of Dynamo Moscow to Chelsea, also spending time in England with Portsmouth and having a trial with Reading.

The Scottish Sun reported that Norwich will compete with Premier League rivals Manchester United, Leicester and Everton for the signing of 18 year old Aberdeen wonderkid right-back Calvin Ramsay.After making his first team debut in 2020/21 aged 17, he has since gone on to cement a place in the first-team and has so far made 15 appearances for Aberdeen this season, six of them coming in the UEFA European Conference League.

Football League World reproted that the Canaries are alongside Wolves, Crystal Palace and Burnley in monitoring Reading's creative midfielder John Swift's situation, with his contract due to expire next summer. The 26-year-old former Chelsea trainee had racked up seven goals and five assists in just 10 Championship matches during 2021/22 for the Royals

Real Betis midfielder William Carvalho was linked with a loan move to Carrow Road, with City reportedly in talks with the Spanish club according to Sky Sports.  Carvalho, capped 68 times for his country, made 27 appearances in La Liga last season, scoring twice and registering three assists. The combative midfielder forged his career at Sporting Lisbon. He signed for Real Betis in 2018 for a fee of €16 million and has made 70 league appearances during his time at the Benito Villamarin.

Turkish outlet FotoMac reported that the Canaries had seen a bid worth €3m for Galatasaray striker Galatasaray striker Mbaye Diagne rejected, with Galatasaray holding out for an offer in the region of €5m.

Former England and Chelsea centre-back Gary Cahil has been linked to Norwich City with the Canaries believed to be keen to add another central defensive option. The Sun on Sunday report that Bournemouth are pushing to sign the free agent following his Crystal Palace exit, claiming the Cherries can offer the 35-year-old the financial package he wants. However, the report from the newspaper's transfer expert Alan Nixon adds that the Canaries could offer Premier League football

Spanish outlet El Desmarque report that Wolves, Crystal Palace, Watford and Norwich are interested in signing the Turkish international Okay Yokuslu. The former West Brom loanee looks poised to depart current employers Celta Vigo and return to the Premier League, with reports suggesting he would be available for around £5million.

The Sun reports that Norwich have submitted a major bid for Blackburn striker Alan Armstrong who scored 28 goals in the Championship in 2020/21. City's proposal is reportedly north of the bids made by Premier League rivals Watford and Southampton but has been knocked back by the Championship club as they hold out for more money for the ex-Newcastle United man. Whilst a specific fee isn't stated in the report, the bid is said to include add-ons that take the overall package closer to the Venky's valuation of their top goalscorer.

Scottish newspaper The Daily Record linked Norwich with Spurs young centre-back Cameron Carter-Vickers. The USA international has entered the final 12 months of his Spurs contract after a series of Championship loans, making 26 appearances for Bournemouth last season. He has also had stints in the second tier with Sheffield United, Ipswich, Swansea, Stoke and Luton. The report states that the centre-back wants a permanent move this summer rather than another loan, suggesting Spurs are looking for around £5million for their academy product.

A report from Football Insider suggesting that the Canaries have 'opened talks' with Bournemouth for midfield target Philip Billing

The Sun claim Norwich have opened talks with Manchester United full-back Brandon Williams about a possible loan deal.

According to German publication Bild Borussia Dortmund will sell Danish international Thomas Delaney for £9million with Crystal Palace, Norwich City and Southampton competing for the 29 year old.

Nantes defender Jean-Charles Castelletto is the latest name to be linked in Norwich City's search for a central defender.  The Cameroonian international has reportedly been the subject of an enquiry from the Canaries and Spanish side Celta Vigo as they both look to strengthen their defensive options ahead of the new season.  Foot Mercato are reporting that both clubs have made tentative approaches to the 26-year-old's representatives

Football Insider claim the Greece international wonderkid Christos Tzolis is firmly on the Canaries’ radar and could follow Dimitris Giannoulis from PAOK to Carrow Road in a £10m deal.  Norwich are later reported to have made two bids.

SkySports claim that Norwich, West Ham, Crystal Palace and Newcastle are all interested in Lille's Dutch defender Sven Botman. Norwich supposedly having watched him since he was a youth at Ajax.

Norwich City are one of the clubs reportedly interested in signing Middlesbrough full-back Djed Spence. The 20-year-old is generating plenty of interest after making 40 appearances for Neil Warnock's men last season. Mike McGrath of the Telegraph has stated that Everton, West Ham and Norwich are all monitoring the youngster

Glasgow Live Sport report that Norwich, along with West Ham and a French club, are interested in Rangers' 19 year old forward Kai Kennedy. Kennedy is yet to play for the Rangers first team but spent 2020/21 on loan to Raith Rovers.

According to CBS Sports Norwich had a £10m bid for Werder Bremen's 21 year old American international striker Josh Sargent turned down. He was Bremen's top scorer last season with seven goals in 32 appearances in all competitions

Dutch outlet Voetbal had linked 26 year old Slovan Bratislava defender Myenty Abena to the Canaries but the Pink Un claim that City are not interested in the Surinamese international who  his career in the Netherlands with Jong FC Utrecht. He went onto play close to 40 games for De Graafschap before signing for Spartak Trnava in 2019

The Pink Un reported that Norwich City are set to sign talented youngster Liam Gibbs from local rivals Ipswich Town, after the midfielder turned down a contract offer from the Tractor Boys.  By 19th July it was reported that Gibbs had singed but the sticking point was the level of compensation to be paid with City and Ipswich in discussion rather than going to a tribunal. He has been at Portman Road since he was eight. The central midfielder has only made four senior appearances for Town but was a key part of the under-18 team which reached the FA Youth Cup semi-finals in 2020/21.
